Managing Director

Mike joined Loyalty Logistix in 2011 after building his career across a wide range of sales and marketing roles in the luxury vehicle segment. Mike managed projects in both domestic and international markets.

Recognised as an expert in customer service and retention, aftersales improvement is where Mike is most specialised with experience from both supplier and client perspectives.

Nathan Welch

Operations Director

Responsibility for software development, testing, production and creative, Nathan ensures the complex CRM machine works efficiently, to specification and on time.

While providing strategic direction to our large team, Nathan also steers the innovation team while being responsible for data quality, budgetary alignment and compliance with ISO regulations.

Tatsu Clarke

Regional Director, APAC

Tatsu became the Senior Account Manager for Loyalty Logistix largest clients in 2011 based in Tokyo.

Tatsu is a fluent Japanese speaker with a strong background in Automotive and Software Development and excellent customer relationship skills. This unique mix of skills make him the ideal person to manage our business in Japan and to lead further growth throughout the Asia Pacific region.
